PURPOSE
Our governance model ensures that the Charity Resource Hub remains a transparent, accountable, and effective platform. It guides how decisions are made, ensures fair access to resources, and maintains a respectful environment for all users. By following these principles, we aim to uphold the values of collaboration, trust, and social good.
SCOPE
This governance framework applies to all users across the province of Saskatchewan and contributors of the Hub, including charity organizations, volunteers, and individuals accessing the resources. It covers the submission of content, community conduct, decision-making processes, and other key activities within the hub.
Roles and Responsibilities
CORE TEAM

Moderators: Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct and moderate discussions and content. They work with the community to maintain a positive and safe environment.
Administrators: Manage the overall operation of the hub, oversee content submission, and ensure the platform runs smoothly.
Community Managers: Engage with users to gather feedback, provide assistance, and facilitate community activities.
Community Guidelines

Code Of Conduct
We strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and collaborative environment. All participants in the hub are expected to: Treat others with respect, dignity, and fairness. Engage in constructive dialogue and provide helpful feedback. Foster an inclusive space, welcoming people from all backgrounds.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited: Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory language. Spamming, trolling, or disruptive behavior. Sharing false or misleading information about charity resources or programs.
Content Guidelines and Standards
Content Submission
Charities may submit resources such as guides and success stories. All submissions must be relevant to the goals of the hub, accurate, and up-to-date
Volunteers may contribute content such as best practices or advice for other users, and are encouraged to submit only content that aligns with our mission of promoting charity work and social good.
Moderation
Submitted content will be reviewed by the core team and moderators before it is published. Moderators may request revisions or clarification from the submitter to ensure the content meets the hub’s standards.
